The main objective of the GROW program is to endow all our students with an upper responsiveness of greater responsibility and independence.
Here at GROW, we do our utmost to educate all students with self-understanding, self-advocacy, motivational skills, social skills, community living skills, organizational skills, and employment skills required to become more employable, productive, and self-sufficient community members, in addition to guiding, supervising, advising and assisting them through their career education (vocational or college) and internships with the objective to understand daily obligations such as initiating and prioritizing, personal finances and citizenship, health emotional well-being, and the capability to transition from school to a career education and/or work - all focused to support the difficult transition from the dependency to the independency of adulthood.
